Membership Policies & Club Rules
Breeze Fitness designed the Membership Policies (“Policies”) and the club rules, including rules listed here and rules posted in the facility (“Rules”) to ensure a safer and more enjoyable environment in which to exercise. So, please be thoughtful and observe the Policies and Rules that you, and all members, have agreed to follow. Breeze Fitness may, in its sole discretion, modify the Policies and Rules without notice at any time. It’s your responsibility to know and follow the most current Policies and Rules. All approved signs posted in a club or on the premises shall be considered a part of the Policies and Rules of Breeze Fitness.
The following Polices and Rules replace all previous Policies and Rules. If there is any conflict between these Policies and the posted club Rules, these Policies and Rules apply.
The current Policies and Rules are also available on the Breeze Fitness website at https://www.breezefitness.com/membership-policies-club-rules/.
Please note an update to our protocols of May 28, 2021:
- Masks are optional for fully vaccinated members and guests. (Two weeks after second Pfizer or Moderna vaccination or two weeks after J&J vaccination)
- Members and guests who are not fully vaccinated must wear an acceptable face mask at all times while in the facility.
- You are welcome to wear a face mask at the facility if you choose to do so.
- Every guest and employee will be screened before entering the facility. Temperatures are still required at entry. Anyone who exhibit symptoms, such as a fever over 100.3°F, shortness of breath, cough, other symptoms typical of COVID-19, and/or have had contact with someone known to be infected with COVID-19 within the past 14 days, will not be permitted to enter the facility and will be encouraged to seek medical attention.
- Upon entering the facility, a Team Member will ask you to complete an updated waiver. (The waiver does not ask your vaccination status.) We thank you for your support as we make this transition.
- Please be respectful of others with regards to their personal space.
- For the safety and comfort of our members, our employees will continue to wear face masks while actively working.
Please do not come to the facility if you are sick, experience symptoms of COVID-19, have shown any symptoms of illness in the last 48 hours, or have come in contact with someone who is experiencing symptoms.
As we’ve updated our protocols, we do not have the ability to provide other accommodations without incurring an undue hardship, as any other means would impede our ability to provide our services.
Please be aware that our employees have been instructed to enforce any applicable requirements to ensure compliance.
Our compliance is a legal obligation and crucial so we can stay open to serve you. Compliance also ensures the continued health, employment and livelihoods of our employees to provide you the best possible experience.
We thank you for your support as we make this transition and respecting our policies.
As always, have a great workout at Breeze Fitness!
